Dynamic Yoga Flow

Dynamic Yoga Flow is energizing and accessible to a wide range of abilities. This class combines elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, creating dynamic yoga flow ending the class by guided meditation.

Morning Yoga Flow

Starting your day with yoga will help awaken & energize your body, mind and spirit. To move in a way which helps you feel both open & stable. This class is suitable for all levels. Looking forward to seeing you there!
Slow Flow

This is a slow flowing Hatha -Vinyasa, suitable for anyone seeking attention to detail or in need of a gentler pace. It's an inclusive class which welcomes beginners, advanced practitioners as well as those recovering from injury. The pace allows for a focus on precision and alignment, letting you make the practice as challenging or gentle as you need it to be. Of course, time is given for posture modifications and options to rest.
Private Yoga session

Strongly focused on the Yoga principle of “the unity of mind and body” and integrated movement, this class uses exercises inspired from dance, classical pilates and yoga.
It improves stability, mobility, strength, fitness, mind-muscle connection and spatial awareness while reducing stress and tones muscles.

Enjoy my Aerial yoga class - blend of traditional yoga and acrobatics that invites you to suspend yourself mid-air using soft, yet strong fabric hammocks. This unique practise allows for deeper stretches, creative inversion and Spinal Decompression. This dynamic fusion of yoga and aerial arts delivers a refreshing and transformative experience that takes your practise off the mat and into the air.
